BOOKING, APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICIES
I encourage clients to book directly online on this website using Square Appointments via the links provided. You, the client, are in control of your appointment. You can book, rebook and cancel 24/7 without waiting to hear back from me when I may be with a client, or playing phone-tag, or wondering if you have an appointment. Confirmation of your appointment will come to you by email. A reminder will be sent by text, 2 hours before the scheduled appointment, you can request either or both options when booking online. You and I will always confidently refer to Square Appointments as it is my work schedule.
Electrolysis appointments are for the amount of time booked, including 5 minutes post-care; for example, 60 minutes is 55 minutes of electrolysis and 5 minutes of post-care (anti-bacterial treament, spf and any topical/treatment necessary to ensure skin health).
Unlike most service providers, I allow myself time between appointments to clean-up, settle accounts and prepare for my next client. Other providers, include the clean-up and payment time as part of your service. This time period between appointments allows me flexibility to give a client a 5 minute grace period, since appointments are booked back-to-back.
Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Credit card information is required when booking services to reserve the appointment. The credit card payment is processed only when the appointment is not cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation period or when the client is a "no-show". Otherwise, payment is processed during the actual appointment.
Credit cards are processed through Square. Receipts may be sent by either text or email. The receipt information (fax number/email address) is maintained by Square. Credit card numbers are not kept on record, unless asked specifically to be kept on file.
Packages are available for six sessions of one individual service at a discounted rate. The package amount never expires. The package expires one year after date of purchase. All goods and services must be used by one person.
Your time is valuable and so is mine. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments must be cancelled by text or online on this website or by using the links provided on the email confirming the appointment booking; voicemail messages are not a cancellation. After 24 hours, you will be charged in-full. In turn, I promise to honor our appointment and be on time as well.
To ensure a cancellation is received prior to the 24 hour limit, cancellations can be easily processed online. Simply use the Rebook link, located in the confirmation email sent by Square Appointments for each and every appointment booked. The first email confirms the booking; the second is a reminder text sent 2 hours prior. The Rebook link allows you to Cancel and Rebook any appointment(s).
Appointments that are "Rebooked" under the 24 hour limit will incur a Cancellation Fee. Cancelling 24 hours before an appointment, does not allow enough time for that time period to be filled by another client. Therefore, that time, remains empty and is lost time in my work schedule. Thank you for your understanding.
Should an appointment be missed or cancelled after the 24 cancellation period, the credit card used to book the appointment will be charged. I want to be available to your needs and the needs of all my clients. When an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours than scheduled, another client loses the opportunity to book.
